Motorist around Ledgeway Street should watch their speeds after West Lake Hills City Council on Jan. 24 approved a speed limit change. Council also took action to create a capital improvement program for city infrastructure. At the meeting council moved multiple items to the consent agenda, included approval of a commercial monument sign for Baylor Scott & White Clinic at 1001 Westbank Drive, approval of a wall hanging sign at Birds Barbershop at 3736 Bee Caves Road, and approval of a building permit for Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church at 3525 Bee Caves Road.
