JKL Floral Designs reopened Aug. 1 within the Antebellum Oakes Venue Chapel at 14913 Mufrin Road, Lakeway. Owner Jean Keehan has five years of experience as a florist and specializes in weddings and events. She moved out of state and closed her business in 2018, but missed Texas soon after, according to marketing consultant Jody Gibson.
