The winter storm has left many residents in western Travis County without water. Here are the latest updates from some of the local utilities in Lake Travis-Westlake. Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 10
As of 11:46 a.m. on Feb. 3, water is on the way for WCID 10 customers, according to Crossroads Utility Services. Tanks are refilling, and customers should start receiving water. The boil-water advisory and conservation notices are still in effect for customers. WCID 10 includes most of West Lake Hills and the Rob Roy neighborhood.
