Vitality Bowls to offer acai bowls, salads and more in Bee Cave this summer

A new franchise location of Vitality Bowls will open this summer in Bee Cave at 3260 RR 620 S., Ste. 320. Anshuk Saxena and Shereen Chand will be operating the new location.

“The fresh ingredients and superfoods that Vitality Bowls offers will pave a new way for clean eating in the Bee Cave area,” Chand said in a news release. “There is something for everyone on the Vitality Bowls menu—from grain bowls, salads, wraps, paninis and acai bowls.”

Chand said the cafe will also take extra precautions to accommodate those with food allergies.

Vitality Bowls was founded in 2011 in California and has opened more than 100 locations nationwide.

“Anshuk and Shereen are exactly the right entrepreneurs to grow the brand in Bee Cave,” Vitality Bowls co-founder Tara Gilad said in the news release. “They embody the Vitality Bowls values and share the mission of bringing delicious and healthy food options to the community.”

The cafe will serve a variety of acai and pitaya bowls with fruit; smoothies; and lunch items such as sandwiches, wraps, loaded toasts, salads and more.
