Thai restaurant Sway will open a new locations at 3437 Bee Cave Road, West Lake Hills, in March 2018 after a construction permit was granted by West Lake Hills City Council on Sept. 27. With a first location at 1417 S. 1st St., Austin, the upscale restaurant offers modern Thai cuisine, drinks and desserts for lunch and dinner.
