Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, a popular chain featuring sandwiches made with quality meats and cheeses on fresh rolls, closed in Bee Cave on Jan. 5, according to owner Julian King.

King said the Bee Cave store was unable to achieve targeted sales, resulting in the closure.
