Baldinucci Pizza Romana’s flagship location is currently closed for renovations. The restaurant temporarily shuttered on Aug. 10, according to a news release.
The newly-renovated location is slated to reopen in November, expanding the dining room from 12 seats to 54 seats.
Something to note
Fans of the Italian spot can visit the restaurant’s new location in Domain Northside, which opened on Aug. 17. The Domain Northside restaurant “will serve as a hub for both longtime fans and new guests,” until the Westlake location reopens, according to the news release.
On the menu
At Baldinucci, patrons can grab pizza by the slice, including options like margherita, sausage and honey, chicken parmesan and fig and arugula.
Baldinucci Pizza Romana also offers house, caesar and greek salads, New York hero sandwiches and small dishes, including meatball parmigiana. For dessert, customers can find New York cheesecake with a strawberry compote, limoncello mascarpone cake, and cannolis.
The backstory
Salvatore Baldinucci, Patricia Baldinucci and Gabriel Baldinucci opened the family restaurant in October 2022. The Italian restaurant prioritizes high quality ingredients with traditional cooking methods, according to the pizza spot’s website.
