At the new location, customers can purchase gasoline and diesel as well as a variety of food and drinks, including made-to-order options from QT Kitchens.
The breakfast and lunch spot offers American cuisine, including omelets, pancakes, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Owned by Randall and Suarta Mershon, the business also offers the restaurant as an event space after 3 p.m.
The business offers shoes, clothing, accessories and food items for walking, running and rucking. RunHubATX is locally owned by Joe Perez, a three-decade marathon runner and U.S. Air Force veteran.

The home building and remodeling business, which originally started in 2024, opened its offices and showroom off Bee Caves Road in September. Services offered include custom home designing and home remodeling services, including kitchen and bathroom renovation.
Having served the Austin Area since the 1990s, Maslow Wealth Advisors opened a new office on Bee Caves Road in September. The business provides tailored wealth planning and investment management solutions to high-net-worth families, Maslow Partner Paul D. Lueb Jr. said.
Bolivar West
Owned by Charlie Guluzian, the business will offer patrons a place to buy alcoholic drinks and smoke cigars.
Bump and Beyond Chiropractic and Wellness
Previously located at 1017 RM 620, the chiropractic care center moved to a new location in October. The business offers wellness services and prenatal chiropractic care tailored to expectant mothers and families.
The local pharmacy chain’s Westlake branch will move to a new location. At the store, currently located at 4201 Westbank Drive, customers can access a compounding pharmacy as well as purchase supplements, at-home testing kits and wellness consultations. The business also offers snacks and gluten-free goods.
Eco Estate buys and sells fine jewelry and rare coins. The shop, owned by Alida Tallman and Eric Hoffmaster, has relocated from Lakeway Commons at 900 S. RM 620 to Lakeway Plaza, next to Santa Catarina Mexican Restaurant.
The diabetes and endocrine care practice relocated to a new facility in Lakeway. The practice, previously located in Westlake at 4613 Bee Caves Road, offers personalized treatment for a variety of conditions, including osteoporosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, low testosterone, and adrenal and thyroid diseases, according to its website.
Spicewood Community Library
The library’s hours have been expanded, with the facility now open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 10 a.m.-3 p.m on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Previously, the library was only open from 2-6 p.m. on Thursdays.
The school added its Bachelor of Science in wildlife conservation for students in the fall 2025 semester. The new major will focus on the management of wildlife populations, protecting endangered species and maintaining healthy ecosystems.
The library was selected for the American Libraries 2025 Library Design Showcase in September, which recognizes new and renovated libraries. Renovations at the West location transformed the site from a pizza restaurant to a library.
The early education center is celebrating its 20th year of serving the community. The school, owned by Tommy and Anna Thompson and Kimberly Graham, opened Oct. 10, 2005. Early education and care are offered for students ranging from infants to 12 years old.
The restaurant celebrates its 45th anniversary this year. The first Kerbey Lane Cafe opened in 1980 in Central Austin, and the business now operates 10 locations throughout Austin, Round Rock and San Antonio.
The center celebrated its 25th anniversary Oct. 3. Initially opened in 2000, the site owned by Vince Wood offers 56,000 square feet of retail, office and office-warehouse commercial lease space.
