In November, Harris County Precinct 2 began widening Timber Forest Drive from a two- to four-lane road between Eagle Springs Parkway and Madera Run Parkway. The project also includes the addition of sidewalks on both sides of Timber Forest Drive. Construction on the $3 million project was originally scheduled to be completed in early July, but weather delays pushed the completion date to early August, after press time.
