In three of the six Lake Houston-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in June. The ZIP code 77396 saw the largest percentage increase of 8.7%—going from $299,000 to $325,000.

Of the homes that sold in June in Lake Houston, 63% of them were priced between $200,000-$399,999.
