The city of Humble and real estate company Jackson-Shaw partnered to fund a project to expand Rankin Road between Hwy. 59 and the Union Pacific Corp. railroad tracks in Humble. The project expands a portion of Rankin Road from a two- to four-lane road and adds a raised median. The project will take six months to complete.
