Mixed-use development Westlake Marketplace, a 65-acre retail center, is under construction at the southwest corner of Beltway 8 and West Lake Houston Parkway. The shopping center will feature 600,000 square feet of commercial retail space at build- out. Stores and restaurants will open by the end of the year.
