The Sarah at Lake Houston, a luxury apartment complex from Dallas-based GenCap Partners, Inc., will debut in August 2020 at 17810 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Atascocita. Development Manager Brandon Smith said the 17-acre multifamily development will include 350 units—344 one- to three-bedroom units and six townhomes. It will also feature a resort-style pool, a clubhouse, a fitness area and an on-site dog park and dog wash station.
