Across all Lake Houston-area ZIP codes, fewer homes sold in July than did in July 2021, while the median home sales price increased across the board with the exception of ZIP code 77345, which remained stagnant. ZIP code 77365 saw that biggest home sales price jump year over year, increasing by nearly 33%.
