Humble Founder’s Day celebration
In honor of the city of Humble’s Founder’s Day and the Humble Museum’s 50th anniversary, a joint celebration will be held. Throughout the celebration, attendees will be able to tour the Humble Museum, view new displays in the lobby of the Charles Bender Performing Arts Center and visit with local historical groups. In the green space near both buildings, attendees will also be able to view classic cars, purchase food from food trucks and listen to live music.

Basic Training Course
The Harris County Community Emergency Response Team is hosting a basic training course aimed at educating citizens about the hazards they face in their community and training them in life-saving skills. Organizers said the training will provide a realistic approach to emergency and disaster situations.
