Slick City Action Park officials target October opening for Humble location

Officials with Slick City Action Park are targeting an October opening for their new location in Deerbrook Marketplace in Humble, officials confirmed in a Sept. 15 email.

Slick City Action Park is a family entertainment center offering indoor slides and air courts, according to the company's website.

The roughly 40,000-square-foot park will feature 13 large-scale slides reaching up to 20 feet tall, according to a Sept. 15 news release. The park will also feature three dedicated air courts for sports, dodgeball and soccer, along with a trapeze, a soft play area, a net course and pyramid attraction.

Slick City Humble marks the second location from Chris and Mandy Bush, following the opening of their first Slick City Action Park in The Woodlands, per the release.

 “After seeing the response to Slick City in The Woodlands, we knew there was an opportunity to bring this experience to even more families in the Houston area,” Mandy Bush said in the news release. “Opening our second location in Humble is an exciting next step for us, and we look forward to becoming part of the community and creating a place where families can be active, make lasting memories and spend time together.”
