Raffa’s Waterfront Grill is set to reopen Oct. 1 at 1660 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Ste. 103, Kingwood, after sustaining damage during Hurricane Harvey. The restaurant took in about 5 feet of water during the storm, which damaged furniture, equipment and the building’s floor and walls.
