Gelato Bliss marked its first year in business July 11, a spokesperson for the business confirmed July 24.

Owned by a local Kingwood family, the business offers authentic Italian gelato and dairy-free fresh fruit sorbet. Flavors offered range from Texas Sheet Cake and Amaretto Cherry to Mint Oreo and Mango Creamsicle, per the business's Facebook page.

Officials noted the shop doesn't use any artificial colors, dyes or artificial flavors in any of its products.
