Dungeons and Dragons-style 'The Nightmare Before Christmas'

The Lakewood Branch Library will host a role-playing adventure based on “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” The event will have pregenerated characters for players to choose from and include all necessary materials needed to play.

Talking Heads tribute

Austin-based band Heartbyrne will pay tribute to Talking Heads at the Granada Theatre. The band “picks up where the concert film ‘Stop Making Sense’ left off,” according to the band’s website.
