Homes for sale in Keller, Roanoke, Northeast Fort Worth see increase in October

In October, the number of homes under contract in October 2024 versus October 2023 increased by an average of 20% in the Keller-Roanoke-Northeast Fort Worth market year over year, according to data from the Collin County Area Realtors.

The number of homes sold in October 2024 was 166, an increase from the 129 homes sold in October 2023.

Six-month median home prices increased in two of the market’s four ZIP codes in October 2024 compared to October 2023. The ZIP code 76177 saw the biggest increase of over 8%.

The year-over-year median home price decreased only in ZIP code 76248.

With the exception of ZIP code 76262, all ZIP codes saw homes sit longer on the market in October 2024 versus October 2023.

The majority of homes sold in the area were between $400,000 and $699,000, according to data from the Collin County Area Realtors.
