After serving as interim president and CEO of Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce since October, Beverly Dixon will take a more permanent role as the new president and CEO.
“Bev’s leadership, enthusiasm and understanding of the North Tarrant County business community were deciding factors for the chamber’s board of directors to make this decision,” said Kyle Gabhart, chair of the board of directors. “She has already proven to be an outstanding advocate for our members and has a strong commitment to our community.”
According to the news release, Dixon is actively engaged in the community as a board member for the Northpark YMCA of Fort Worth, member of the Keller Chapter of the National Charity League, member of the Greater Keller Women's Club and parishioner at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Colleyville. She has served several leadership positions in the Keller Independent School District, including member of the KISD board of trustees from 2017-2023.
“I’m proud to serve as the trusted advocate for our member businesses and look forward to helping cultivate an even stronger community as this region continues to evolve,” Dixon said. “I love helping businesses get engaged and grow.
