Smiley's Craft Barbecue is set to open inside the Oak St Food & Brew food hall at 206 N. Oak St., Roanoke, in January. Owner and pitmaster Brendan Lamb will be serving Austin-style barbecue, such as brisket, pork spare ribs, beef ribs, turkey breast and multiple types of sausages.
