Heimbaker’s Market & Deli is coming soon to Roanoke along with a second location of Pokey O’s Cookies & Ice Cream. Husband-and-wife team Eric Heimbrecht and Tracy Baker will host a grand opening for the market June 11 at 310 S. Oak St., Ste. 100, Roanoke. The local market will sell New York-style sandwiches, produce, meat, eggs, cheese, wine, beer and other staples as well as gifts. Pokey O’s, which sells cookie cakes, cookies and ice cream, will be located inside the market, according to Baker. The couple’s other Pokey O’s Cookies & Ice Cream store is located inside Oak St. Food & Brew food hall at 206 N.
