From a butterfly festival to a world champion pizza making class, take a look at these late August and September events happening in Keller, Roanoke and Northeast Fort Worth.

1. World Champion Pizza Making Class
Learn the techniques behind authentic Neapolitan pizza at a hands-on pizza making class hosted by Chef Gimmy Piperku, champion of the Caputo World Pizza Championship. The event will also have curated cheese and wine pairings.
2. Yappy Hour
Enjoy Yappy Hour with your dog at the K9 Pointe Dog Park every Thursday in September. Each week, a different local brewery will be featured to sample.
3. DFW Toy & Car Museum Labor Day Monday Show
Visit a classic car show hosted by D&D Rockin’ Rods at the DFW Toy & Car Museum. For $25 guests can enter their classic car and have the chance to win awards.
4. PBR Stockyards Showcase
Attend the Professional Bull Riding Stockyards Showcase in the Cowtown Coliseum.
5. Sip and Shop Holiday Market
Visit the Sip and Shop Holiday Market hosted by the Greater Keller Women's Club. The event will feature 50-60 community vendors offering a unique shopping experience to jumpstart guests' holiday shopping.
6. Kiwanis Butterfly Festival
Visit the Kiwanis Butterfly Festival and enjoy a walk with hundreds of butterflies in a 600-square-foot tent. The release of the butterflies will be at 5 p.m. Sept. 27.
7. Just Like PiNK: PiNK Tribute
Attend a live performance of by PiNK tribute band Just Like PiNK at the Roanoke Tavern.
