Jersey Mike's Subs will be opening a new location in the Alliance are of Fort Worth.
The details
According to the TDLR filing, Jersey Mike's will spend $550,000 to outfit a suite in the newly built shopping center, which will also house a Whataburger and a Mi ChanTe Mexican Cuisine restaurant, according to previous reporting.
Construction is expected to begin in mid-August and finish by Sept. 21.
The Jersey Mike's will be between two currently unoccupied suites, with Whataburger and Mi ChanTe Mexican Cuisine located on the ends of the shopping center, according to site plans with Segovia Partners, the commercial real estate firm behind the shopping center.
Jersey Mike's offers dozens of hot and cold sandwiches with freshly baked bread, a variety of vegetables, meats and cheeses and its signature red wine vinegar and olive oil mix, according to its website.
The sub shop also has soft drink offerings, chips and packaged desserts.
