A 111,923-square-foot Class A industrial development called Signature 35 is underway in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.
The gist
Frisco-based Peinado Construction posted aerial photo updates of the project at 14345 N. Freeway, along I-35W and south of North Beach Street. When completed, the building will feature 158 parking spaces, 36 dock doors, a 122-foot truck court depth and two oversized ramp doors.
The 16.2-acre tract also features 5.18 acres of secured outdoor storage located in Fort Worth's extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Indco Partners and Holley Development Co. are the developers for the project.
