Grüns Nutrition Inc. has leased 50% of an industrial building located at 215 Fairway Drive in Roanoke.
What's happening?
The supplement supplier will use the space, which is just over 100,000 square feet, to package and distribute its products nationwide and in Canada.
Grüns sells superfood green gummies formulated from 60 nutrient-dense and whole-food ingredients, according to the company website.

“Grüns wanted a centralized location in the U.S. for its distribution channel,” said Todd Lambeth, executive vice president and managing partner in the Fort Worth office of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. “North Texas historically wins out when that is the case.”
The company is slated to occupy the space starting in July, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation’s website.
