Keller Liquor will open in the Kroger shopping center on the northeast corner of North Beach Street and Timberland Boulevard by the end of the year.

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website, interior construction should begin April 1.
The cost of the project will be $150,000, according to TDLR's site.
