From a new ice cream shop to a Japanese restaurant slated to open soon, take a look at 14 business updates in Keller, Roanoke and northeast Fort Worth.

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream
The ice cream store has at least 24 different flavors of ice cream and sells ice cream by the scoop, pints, ice cream cakes, pies, sundaes, blasts and shakes. The menu at the Alliance location includes premium ice cream, non-dairy with oat milk, Italian ices, non-dairy sorbets, sherbets and no sugar added/fat-free ice cream.
The Local Markethouse
The business launched a partnership with the city of Roanoke to sell food products from vendors that use practices such as regenerative farming, pasture-raised livestock and small-batch production. Products rotate seasonally and can include produce, meats, baked goods and specialty items. The pickup location is at Roanoke City Hall on Saturdays.
Fabletics
The retail store sells workout gear, lounge sets and accessories for men and women. Fabletics offers a VIP program where members can get speciality discounts and other benefits.
The restaurant—which features a drive-thru, dining room and online ordering options—sells burgers, chicken sandwiches, taquitos, salads and more.

Eagle Tavern
The bar and grill will feature burgers, flatbreads, salads and shrimp or wings covered in a variety of sauces or dry rubs. The business will be moving into the spot that was once Baja Cantina.
QuikTrip
The Tulsa-based gas station is constructing a new location at the corner of SH 170 and North Beach Street. Construction of the 5,312-square-foot building began in April.
HTeaO
The Texas-based tea company offers more than 20 freshly brewed iced teas, coffee, refreshers and flavored drinks, including wedding cake, cotton candy and coconut sunset varieties.

Worth It Pilates
The reformer Pilates studio will offer classes for all experience levels using reformer machines designed to support a full range of movement and strength-building.
The Skin Loft
The business will offer Botox, dermal fillers, laser skin treatments, micro needling and other skin rejuvenation procedures. The Skin Loft will have a medical director, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, licensed estheticians and administrative staff at the office.
Kimiya Japanese Cuisine
The restaurant will offer sushi, fresh sashimi, ramen, classic tempura, teriyaki and chef-inspired Japanese dishes. The Japanese restaurant is located where On The Border used to be off SH 114, which closed at the end of 2024.

Barnes & Noble
The bookstore chain sells a variety of books in different genres for adults, teens and children, as well as e-books, audiobooks, toys and games. Located in the Presidio Town Crossing shopping center, construction is expected to finish by the end of November.
McAlister’s Deli
The restaurant offers handcrafted sandwiches, salads, stuffed baked potatoes and sweet tea, according to its website. It’s one of four restaurants set to open up shop in The Shops at Keller Marketplace, a new development on Keller Parkway, according to previous reporting. The TDLR filing shows construction is expected to wrap up June 14.

The Roanoke waterpark is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. Ahead of the 2026 season, new owner Ripley’s Believe It or Not! invested $1 million in park upgrades, including new amenities, enhanced food and drink offerings and new events.
