Aroma Grill & Bar is the brainchild of industry veterans Jyoti Kandel and Shree Ram who were both born and raised in Nepal. According to a city news release, Kandel spent time working in upscale restaurants and luxury hotels in London and California before moving to Texas. After learning to cook alongside his mother, Ram honed his skills in popular Nepalese restaurants in New York City before making the move to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
