Five new fitness-focused facilities opened in Keller, Roanoke and north Fort Worth in 2023, with one more opening just around the corner in 2024.

“A dad brought his daughter in to begin training, and we invited him to train with us,” said Jean Petrik, owner of Alliance Jiu Jitsu Fort Worth. “He lost 40 pounds in three months.”
