After announcing they would open four locations in the Houston metro area this year, iWok has brought the idea of a “future kitchen” to Katy residents during a soft opening phase, officials confirmed.
How it works
The Asian-fusion, fast-casual restaurant operates by having employees prepare and portion ingredients so automated machines can heat them up in a wok to be sent back to those same employees for plating, according to a company press release.
