Ayurveda Kitchen is set to bring its unique culinary concept to Katy, founder Sanjiv Khanna said.
What to expect
With a focus on plant-based foods, vegetables, healthy fats and fiber, Ayurveda Kitchen aims to provide customers with healthier food at a reasonable price.
“Longevity should not be a luxury,” Khanna said.
Some menu items include a thali platter, curry, kebabs and fresh naan, according to its website.
On the horizon
Khanna said he is working with the owners of C79 Bakery and Restaurant, which is located in the same building, to open Ayurveda Kitchen.
Later this year, the pair of businesses will introduce a “family-oriented club” to encourage people to move around and exercise after they finish eating.
