353 luxury mid-rise apartment now open in Katy

Houston developer Sueba USA announced Boardwalk Square, a 353-unit luxury, mid-rise apartment community, is now open in the Katy area, officials shared in a May 12 news release.

What they offer

Boardwalk Square, located at 125 Prairie Parkway, has 20 open-concept floor plans, where residents can choose from studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom layouts, per the release.

Units range from 496 to 2,088 square feet, each one with under-cabinet lighting, quartz countertops and full-size washers and dryers. Some residences supply kitchen islands, soaking tubs or walk-in showers and private patios or balconies, per the release.

The complex also offers a number of amenities, including:

• A 24-hour athletic club and recovery room with a dry sauna and cold plunge
• A leisure and lap pool with tanning ledges and poolside cabanas
• A courtyard lawn
• A paw spa
• Resident lounge with TVs and a coffee bar
• Private focus rooms as well as a co-working lounge
• A business conference center with a catering kitchen

Sueba USA has another Katy apartment complex, along with other properties in Cy-Fair and Missouri City, Community Impact previously reported.
