Food truck park 403 Eats is located at 403 E. Main St., Tomball. Gretchen and Mike Fagan opened the food truck park in June 2017, which features a changing lineup of food trucks. Gretchen serves as mayor of the city of Tomball.
As of early March, new food trucks and dishes were available to customers.
Marco’s Pepper Grill had its soft opening March 2 and will have a grand opening March 7. The food truck is headed by chef Marcus Flakes, who specializes in Cajun, Creole, Southern and Carribean cuisine.
