Montgomery County Precinct 2 hosts a heavy trash cleanup event; confidential items can also be shredded. Tires, electronics, batteries and household trash are not permitted. Precinct 2 residents must show ID.

Interested candidates can meet with recruiters for Tomball ISD positions, such as teachers, bus drivers, teacher’s aides, nurses and school nutrition workers. Attendees can apply for positions beforehand and register online.March 26: Enjoy art, support pets

Magnolia-based Abandoned Animal Rescue hosts its Art, Wine and Wags event with a wine and bourbon pull, auction items, vendors, photo booth, and DJ. Funds go to support AAR. Raffle tickets can be purchased online.March 28: Read to dogs
