3 Magnolia ISD positions contested in May 7 election

The deadline for candidate filing for the May 7 general election closed Feb. 18, with eight candidates running for three positions in Magnolia ISD, according to candidate filings obtained from the district.

The last day to register to vote in the election is April 7, and early voting will be April 25-May 3, according to the Texas Secretary of State's office.
