Tricon Residential and HHS Residential are developing Tricon Willow Creek, a 148-home single-family rental community off FM 2920 in Tomball slated to welcome its first residents in early September.
Tricon Residential representatives said a grand opening is anticipated for late October or early November when the community's amenities are completed, but the first residents will be able to move in to Tricon Willow Creek in early September. Amenities will include a sports field, a tot lot playground, a dog park, a pool and a barbecue area.
Monthly rent begins at $2,350 for three- and four-bedroom options, ranging from 1,464 square feet to 2,007 square feet. Each home will also include Smart Home technology, fully fenced backyards with covered patios and farmhouse-style exteriors, according to Tricon Residential.
