Construction will begin in 2022 on a new section of Audubon, a master-planned community taking shape at Hwy. 249 and FM 1488 in Magnolia. According to Audubon, the new section of homes will be located at the southwest corner of Hwy. 249 and FM 1488 and feature various price points and styles, including patio homes and varying lots sizes. The new section will be called Creekside South.

Homebuilders in the new section will include Newmark Homes, Perry Homes and Sitterle Homes, according to Audubon.

In Audubon Park, located just east of where Creekside South will be, Empire Communities began building in December. Drees Custom Homes and Perry Homes are also building in Audubon Park with home sales having begun in December, marking the second phase of Audubon, according to a Dec. 3 news release.
