The Shoppes at Magnolia Circle is slated to open in early 2024 near H-E-B, and three tenants have been confirmed for the new retail center, according to an Oct. 2 news release from developer NewQuest Properties:
  • Hollywood Feed, a Tennessee-based pet store chain, has leased 3,500 square feet for its fourth location in the Greater Houston area.
  • Jeremiah's Italian Ice, a Florida-based chain serving 40 Italian ice flavors and creamy soft ice cream, has leased 1,400 square feet.
  • Irish Nails & Spa has leased 3,150 square feet.
The Shoppes at Magnolia Circle also includes Clearwater Express Car Wash, which opened in May, and one retail spot remains totaling 3,498 square feet as of the release.

"What better place to be than right across the street from H-E-B," said Lara Lee La Mendola, broker associate with NewQuest, in the release. "The Shoppes at Magnolia Circle will be convenient for completing other errands before or after grocery shopping."
