Late December data shows office, retail and industrial spaces in The Woodlands area all saw an increase in rental rates compared to the previous year, similar to the trend the previous month.

According to data from Caldwell Cos., more industrial and retail space is under construction in The Woodlands area compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. Only one office building is under construction this year, similar to trends reported last month. Industrial construction jumped from 15 to 25 buildings under construction, year over year.
