Homes were sold for higher prices in December 2025 than in December 2024 in five ZIP codes, according to data. Among the three ZIP codes where home prices were lower, the median price dropped by the most in the 77389 ZIP code, by about 46% from $848,000 to $454,000.
The largest share of homes sold in December, 147 homes, was in the 200,000-$399,999 range, similar to previous months, and 96 homes were sold in the $400,000-$599,999 range, the second-most popular price range.
