The restaurant is the brainchild of Hedda Gioia Dowd, who opened the first Rise Soufflé location in Dallas in 2008. Another location currently operates in Fort Worth.
The restaurant previously opened a Houston location on Post Oak Boulevard near the West Oak neighborhood, but it is now closed.
Rise Soufflé specializes in souffles, but also offers French cuisine and wines, according to company press materials.
