Midland-based oil and gas company Ring Energy Inc. has announced that effective Jan. 19, its headquarters has been relocated to 1725 Hughes Landing Blvd., The Woodlands.

According to a press release from NAI Partners, which represents Ring Energy, the relocation serves the company's goal for increasing its accessibility to the greater Houston area.

“We are implementing a new strategic vision for Ring and relocating our headquarters to The Woodlands is one of the key first steps in this process,” CEO Paul D. McKinney said in the release.
