Office occupancy rates in The Woodlands area were up as of May 5 compared to the second quarter of 2022, while retail occupancy dipped slightly. Eight office buildings and 13 retail buildings were under construction as of early May.
A resident of the Houston area since 2011, Vanessa began working in community journalism in her home state of New Jersey after receiving an English degree from Drew University.
