After two years of postponement due to COVID-19, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is scheduled to return from Feb. 28 through March 20, and a weekend shuttle service is available from The Woodlands Express.

Feb. 24-26: Bar-B-Que Contest (Carnival open during contest dates)

Feb. 28: Gates open 2 p.m.

March 1-20: Gates open 8 a.m.

A shuttle service is available at 701 Westridge Road, The Woodlands.

Shuttle cost: $13 (round trip)

• Hand-washing stations are located in Agventure, near the petting zoo and pony rides, near Fun on the Farm and Mutton Bustin’.

• Face coverings are required for those on public transportation.

• Many concession stands and the Champion Wine Garden are cashless.

• Electronic ordering is available for food orders in some areas.

• Electronic ticket purchase and delivery are available.
