What is the main challenge in the district currently, and what is your plan to address it?
District growth and state funding are the biggest challenges. Will work with stakeholders to communicate options for managing growth and increasing state funding.
What are your budgetary priorities for the next fiscal year?
Assure student-to-teacher ratios are within state guidelines, assuring enough quality teachers and adequate classrooms
What are your thoughts on the idea of potential bond discussions taking place this year?
As growth continues in the district, new schools will have to be built, which require bonds. The district’s survey of anticipated growth will decide when needed.

What is the main challenge in the district currently, and what is your plan to address it?
One main challenge in Conroe ISD is the lack of transparency. My plan is to push for the restoration of the parent/teacher relationship ensuring positive outcomes for every student, while also increasing accountability at every level of the district.
What are your budgetary priorities for the next fiscal year?
In my first year of service as board member I will look closely at the district's current budget to potentially reallocate money in order to better serve our current student population, while also projecting how best to expand the district in order to address continued growth within Conroe ISD.
What are your thoughts on the idea of potential bond discussions taking place this year?
I look forward to seeing details of the potential bond and taking part in discussions related to how funds collected though another bond would be used by the district.
