A retail center on Robinson Road is coming in at 27605 Robinson Road, Oak Ridge North. The retail center, named Robinson Retail Center, is located near the Robinson Road and Hanna Road intersection and east of the Union Pacific Corp. railroad tracks.

According to MHW Development and Construction, three buildings are being developed to make up the Robinson Retail Center, totaling 28,800 square feet. The first building is nearing completion, while the second and third buildings are slated to start construction soon, according to MHW. A completion date on the project could not yet be confirmed.

Domino’s Pizza, Snobz Hair Salon and La Michoacana Ice Cream are tenants expected to open in the first building, according to MHW. The second and third building is currently available for pre-leasing.

“The city is very excited to have a local developer bring a new retail center to our community,” said Jordan Buras, Oak Ridge North director of economic development, in an email. “We look forward to seeing growth like this continue with the realignment of Robinson Road.”

According to the MHW Development and Construction website, the retail center will have a brick and stone facade, a modern finish and upscale landscaping.
