Fewer homes were sold in November compared to November 2022 in six out of seven ZIP codes in The Woodlands area. The greatest decrease in the number of homes sold from 2022 to 2023 was in 77382, where about 27% fewer homes were sold. The median price in 77382 dropped by 0.6%.
