Gourmet cookie bakery Cookie Co. opened March 11 off of SH 242 in Harper’s Preserve. The location offers a weekly rotating menu of cookie flavors, as well as its signature chocolate chip cookie flavor each week. The California-based company has expanded their stores to eight different states, with the newest shop being its second Texas location.
